School of Transformation, Phase 2

Description : School of Transformation is led by Danny Silk, one of Bethel's senior
leaders. Our main focus for this school is to introduce leaders to the
key steps we have taken as a church to produce the environment and
culture we now experience. This last decade was filled with
developmental steps that have worked together to create Bethel's
supernatural world. For many watching from a distance, it is easy to
miss these steps and the vital processes within them.
Phase 2:
We know that behind every great leader, is a great team. In Phase 2, we
invite 4-6 people from each church: counselors, elders, or core
leadership team members. The leadership team from our Transformation
Center will teach on some of our ministries: SOZO, Trees of Life, the
Father Ladder, and more. Along with teaching, we want to demonstrate
and impart the "tried and true" tools we have used and relied upon that
have brought success and health in our body.
