Hosted by Paul Manwaring, Apostolic Strategic Planning Workshops create an opportunity for church/ministry leadership teams to partner together with the Bethel team and the Holy Spirit in order to discover God’s amazing plan for their future. The workshops include teaching from Bethel’s senior leaders as well as instruction and practical development of Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Strategic Priorities.

Businesses and other organizations use organizational skills and approaches to maximize their business effectiveness. We seek to marry these practical, strategy-oriented skills with Kingdom experience and anointing to maximize effectiveness for the Kingdom. Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry’s mission is to equip and deploy revivalists who passionately pursue worldwide transformation in their God-given spheres of influence. We are training and equipping a generation to bring the love and power of Jesus into the darkest places of planet Earth in order to establish Holy Spirit fortifications there. BETHEL SCHOOL OF SUPERNATURAL WORSHIP (all are welcome)

Bethel School of Supernatural Worship is a Holy Spirit-led journey into the heart of the Father. This school is designed to be an experience in God’s presence as well as a time of equipping and training. Our goal is to see the worshiper’s heart purified while his or her gifts are being refined. All of this takes place in a loving and mentoring family atmosphere. We have a mandate from God to help raise up a prophetic generation in worship and warfare. We believe that as the Church arises to her place in worship, the enemies of God become displaced and the lost can find Christ. This is not a school for the faint of heart! This is an intense, concentrated time of learning and growing - our goal is excellence! Each student’s skills will be refined as they are stretched to reach their full potential. EVERYDAY PROPHECY (all are welcome)

Everyday Prophecy is a 2 to 3 day comprehensive training course lead by Nancy Cobb. This interactive, hands-on course is designed to work effectively with both small and large groups. A typical schedule would include a Friday evening session plus a 6 to 8 hour Saturday session with a lunch break. Sessions can be added at the discretion of the Senior Leader and is dependent upon what level of experience each group collectively has. The training includes break-out sessions to allow for practice and feedback.

While this course is geared towards groups wanting to develop a prophetic culture in their church, those with all levels of experience will benefit and grow in their ability to hear the Holy Spirit. The emphasis is on building a good foundation under prophetic ministry and growing a healthy, prophetic culture.

Our belief is that training should be done with the purpose of deployment in mind. While we are all the Body of Christ, each church has a unique vision and call. These factors are considered when creating a training that is tailored to your individual group.

FIRESTORM (all are welcome)

Firestorm is a ministry of Bethel Church that is led by Kevin Dedmon and includes teams of second-year students from BSSM. Firestorm’s purpose is to demonstrate Bethel’s revival culture, to partner with the local church to release an explosion of the supernatural, to empower the congregation to do the supernatural ministry that Jesus demonstrated, and to activate each person to be a carrier of the presence of God and the power of the Kingdom. Each Firestorm team will spend a weekend at the host church releasing revival, ministering to the local leadership team, activating the congregation by taking them to the streets of the city, and leading the weekend services in the church. GLOBAL LEGACY MISSIONS TRIPS (GL leaders are welcome)

Bethel Church’s Missions department has launched Global Legacy missions trips to provide opportunity for international activation within our network. As we go to the nations, the anointing increases for the Kingdom to manifest. Signs, wonders and miracles will be released as we partner with the saints on loan from Global Legacy-connected churches. GLOBAL LEGACY VIDEO CONFERENCES (GL leaders are welcome)

In order to connect with, inform and encourage church and ministry leaders around the globe, Global Legacy hosts live video conferences over the internet. Each participant is able to hear, see, and speak with members of the Global Legacy leadership and guest speakers using a Macintosh or personal computer. We are very excited about the increased connection, relationship and revival that is resulting from these conferences. We open each conference with introductions and testimonies from the conference attendees, we continue with a brief message from Global Legacy or Bethel Church leadership, and we conclude with questions and answers. Participants are able to, in real-time, view documents, chat via text message with other participants, and vote in audience polls. Web links are e-mailed out prior to each conference.

To participate in our video conferences, please first create an online profile (which will also add you to our E-mail database). Then, click on the "Video Conferencing" link and follow the "Preparation & Training" instructions. This will prepare you to participate in our GL video conferences.

HEAVEN'S GOVERNMENT INVADING EARTH WORKSHOPS

Hosted by pastors Paul Manwaring and Ken Williams, "Heaven's Government Invading Earth" is a one-week school for those administering God's kingdom on earth. The experience of increase in this apostolic move of God is bringing a greater demand for the gift of administration. This school will teach senior leaders and administrators the principles and practical tools necessary to steer their people and resources toward their God-given visions.

JESUS CULTURE (all are welcome)

Revival is here. Power has been released to see cities and nations turn back to God. A new breed of young revivalists is rising up with a passion to experience Jesus’ love and demonstrate His power to a lost and dying world.

Banning Liebscher, pastor of Awakening Youth Ministries at Bethel Church, and his team are gathering together youth and young adults in Jesus Culture conferences to seek God and receive training in their revivalist calling. Main conference sessions create an atmosphere where young people can encounter God through extravagant worship, radical preaching, and supernatural ministry. Our workshops equip them to minister in the realm of the supernatural. And, our “City Invasions” activate the young people by sending them into the city to minister in prayer, power, and the prophetic. Faith explodes as we share the revivalists’ testimonies of people being saved, healed, and set free. Come and be empowered at a Jesus Culture conference! Jesus Culture Media
In our effort to fan the flame of revival, we have produced a Jesus Culture Media website where we post testimonies, sermons, music, and revival chats online free of charge. You can to download messages, listen to music “infusions,” and watch interviews with important leaders in today’s revival. Look for the “Media Player” link on the Jesus Culture website (jesusculture.org).



LEADERSHIP ADVANCES (Leaders are welcome, by invitation)

We host three-day conferences - Leadership Advances - twice a year specifically for pastors and ministry leaders. Dinners are provided so that attendees can connect with other leaders from around the globe. Personal prophetic ministry is available to all participants. Attendance is by invitation only, but if you are interested, please contact Kathy Edwards at: conference@ibethel.org. If you are considering a visit to Bethel, we would strongly encourage you to make this event a priority! Prior attendance of a Leadership Advance is a pre-requisite for certain Bethel/Global Legacy training workshops.



OUTPOURING: YOUTH PASTOR & YOUNG ADULT PASTOR CONFERENCE (Leaders are welcome)

Outpouring is a conference for the pastors and adult leadership teams of youth, young adults, and college students. Our heart is to serve pastors and leaders, to fan the revival fire in their hearts and empower them to take their cities for Jesus. We have centered Outpouring around these three things: revival, refreshing and relationships.

Revival: The conference will dedicate time for seeking the Lord, equipping the participants to see revival in their own ministries, and igniting within them a passion to be part of the current world-wide revival.
Refreshing: Outpouring will include opportunities to be personally refreshed by entering into His Presence through worship, personal prophetic ministry, and fresh encounters with the Holy Spirit. Our cry is not just for an outpouring in our cities, but also for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit in our personal lives.
Relationships: This current move of God is increasing and spreading because of relationships. Participants will have opportunity to build new relationships and to strengthen existing ones.

PASTORING KIDS IN REVIVAL (all are welcome)

When children receive the full measure of the Holy Spirit, signs and wonders become a normal part of their lives. Imagine what the church will become when children learn to walk in power. They will not hesitate to take the gospel to every creature, cast out demons, speak in new tongues, heal the sick, and raise the dead. We owe children an encounter with the living God! Each spring, Deborah Reed, Mike Seth and Don Mayer host an annual conference at Bethel Church dedicated to equipping children’s pastors, parents and leaders. A wide variety of workshops will address specific areas of children’s ministry. The speakers will provide practical tools that participants can take back and implement in their own children’s programs.

SCHOOL OF THE PROPHETS (Leaders are welcome to apply)

School of the Prophets is a week-long school that we began three years ago. Kris Vallotton leads this school with Dano McCollam from The Mission in Vacaville, California. This school is for those who believe they have a call to be a prophet and also for those who pastor/lead people in the prophetic ministry. SCHOOLS OF TRANSFORMATION (Leaders are welcome)

School of Transformation is led by Danny Silk, one of Bethel’s senior leaders. Our main focus for this school is to introduce leaders to the key steps we have taken as a church to produce the environment and culture we now experience. This last decade was filled with developmental steps that have worked together to create Bethel's supernatural world. Phase 1:
Phase 1 has been developed primarily for your church’s senior pastor/leader and associate pastor. Here we introduce the steps we have taken to create the culture of Revival that we are passionate about. We teach on our core value system and the effect it has on our church and ministries. We discuss our high value of apostolic/prophetic leadership functioning in tandem with the pastoral care of the flock. We understand that, in order to have a culture of life and freedom, we must have honor and value for the five-fold gifts. Our desire is to lay a foundation that will support and facilitate a culture of revival.

Phase 2:
We know that behind every great leader, is a great team. In Phase 2, we invite 4-6 people from each church: counselors, elders, or core leadership team members. The leadership team from our Transformation Center will teach on some of our ministries: SOZO, Trees of Life, the Father Ladder, and more. Along with teaching, we want to demonstrate and impart the “tried and true” tools we have used and relied upon that have brought success and health in our body.

Phase 3:
Phase 3 is the next level of transformation. We will show you how we are gathering transformed people into small groups. The small group model we use at Bethel is designed to create a supernatural synergy and community among our church members. These small groups are the building blocks of our revival culture and help sustain our long-term vision. As well, the transformation of a city is the other key focus of Phase 3. Our team will show you what we do here in Redding. They will also show you how to do it. From outreach...to the poor...to treasure hunts all over the city, our team will train your teams to build a powerful and loving relationship with your city. We are also going to gather leaders from our congregation who are working to strategically impact city government and business for the Kingdom.



SOZO SEMINARS (Leaders are welcome)

Bethel’s Sozo ministry is a ministry of Holy Spirit-led prayer for inner healing and deliverance. We currently offer two Sozo training seminars: Basic Sozo and Advanced Sozo. Seminars can be held at Bethel, or the Sozo team can travel to a church or organization’s location. For more information, please go to the Sozo Website.

Basic Sozo Seminar
Our goal for the Basic Sozo seminar is to provide tools and information to train individuals in the sozo ministry. With tools that include among others - Father Ladder, Four Doors, Presenting Jesus, and The Wall - an individual can start a sozo ministry under appropriate leadership. The tools and information are helpful for those in other inner healing/deliverance ministries, healing rooms, prayer or counseling ministries.

Advanced Sozo Seminar
Our goal for the Advanced Sozo Seminar is to provide support and additional information for any problems or issues occurring during or as a result of sozo ministry. The seminar will focus on teaching two additional sozo tools: Triggers and Divine Editing. This seminar also includes training for Prophetic Deliverance and also the Shabar ministry (a ministry to shattered individuals).

Trees of Life’s mission is to heal the wounded from their past, integrate the broken-hearted and to counsel and equip through personal ministry.
